Joanna Bissada, Founder

A Dual International Career and Educational Background

Of Lebanese-Egyptian origin, I was born in the United States and raised in France. My first profession was in law.

I began my career as a business lawyer at the Paris Bar, working in law firms before joining Cisco, where I served as Senior Legal Counsel.
There, I held leadership and management roles, always with a common thread: deep involvement in both strategy and operations as a member of executive committees, leading international teams, and overseeing cross-functional and transnational projects.

Fully committed to being a true partner to my clients, I progressively expanded my expertise beyond legal practice to include change management and innovative project leadership.

In 2011, I chose to deepen this path by founding my own firm: EVOLVIO.

Today, I work as a coach, sparring partner, supervisor, and teacher.
I designed a 14-day team coaching certification program, and I teach leadership within the Master in Industry Transformation at ESCP/CentraleSupélec.
I supervise and support change professionals, both individually and in group settings. I also work with individuals in successfully achieving their personal and professional goals.

I also support individuals in achieving their life projects.
